Institutional Development

Objective: Program and organizational activities are implemented smoothly and effectively through the process of institutional development.

Activities:

Formulation of organizational policies and development of templates required for the implementation of the program and financial transaction.
Orientation and mentoring to organization’s members and volunteers on the formulation of strategy, policies, guidelines, planning, management, and program delivery
Promotion of activism and volunteerism for Dalit women in the feminist movement and running the organization in the long run.
